As part of the implementation of your smart metering system, we provide the project management:

Semax coordinates the meter, data concentrator and communication parameters with the customer. As a rule, an initial laboratory or field test takes place.

Semax implements the system, establishes the interfaces in the surrounding systems, adapts the system according to the customer’s wishes, tests the communication to the meters. Semax trains the customer on the meters, the communication and the system. As a rule, an initial field test of the device replacement process takes place.

The customer and Semax make the acceptance. The system goes into operation.

Semax integrates the existing workforce management tool with the smart metering system or provides its own solution

Semax adapts the drivers for existing industrial / commercial meters and household meters / smart meters. The meters are imported into the system.

As a rule, the transition to operational use takes place after a test phase.

Semax tests the connection of the segment meters (water, gas, heat) via Wireless M-Bus or Wired M-Bus. The meter parameterisation is defined and adapted accordingly. The intelligent metering system is adapted for the reading of the segment meters (water, gas, heat).

Semax integrates existing peripheral systems such as ERP, MDM, EDM or ZFA with the smart metering system or implements its own solution.

Semax supports the replacement of ripple control and implements load control in the smart metering system.

Within the framework of a maintenance contract, we ensure an efficient and reliable system for our customers. To this end, we carry out the following activities on a regular basis:

• System Update: Updating the system, the meter drivers and, if necessary, the interfaces.
• System Health Check: Checking the system for power, stability and performance
• System Back Up: Backup of the databases
• Maintenance report and recommendation for action

Semax maintains the interface to the existing workforce management tool.

Semax integrates industrial/commercial meters and household meters/smart meters from ZFA or other meters. The meters and/or data are imported into the system.

Semax maintains the reading of the segment meters (water, gas, heat).

Semax integrates existing peripheral systems such as ERP, MDM, EDM or ZFA with the smart metering system or implements its own solution.

Semax updates the settings for load control in the intelligent metering system.

We provide service and support for all Semax or Ensor meters and the associated communication modules.

On request, Semax operates the Amera system on our servers as Software as a Service.

Here we provide the server hardware, the operating system, the database licences, the system licences.

In addition, we maintain the operating system, the databases and the smart metering system as well as the interface to the surrounding systems.
