Semax have created a service portal so that you can contact our system specialists quickly and easily. Based on your individual enquiries, we will forward them to the person best qualified to solve your problem.

Our Service Desk allows you to:

  • Submit service requests and complete them using problem descriptions, screenshots, log files, etc.
  • Track the status of service requests
  • Receive hints and solution descriptions
  • Share service requests and solutions

The Service Desk is available to all Semax customers with a valid maintenance contract and supports all Semax products and systems.

To access the Service Desk, all you need is internet access and a registered user. Please register with your sales or project contact and you will be invited to the Semax portal by email.

Once your request has been processed by our Semax specialists, you will automatically receive a notification. Our Service Desk supports you in maintaining an overview. Your enquiries are displayed simply and clearly at a glance. You can also view and share insights about reported issues and responses within your organisation or projects.
