Your responsibilities:
- Development of electronic systems with a focus on smart meters as well as communication and power switching modules
- Evaluation of new technologies and components, as well as identification of opportunities for our projects
- Support in the industrialization of our products and their transition to production, including the implementation and further development of test systems with a focus on safety and quality
- Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and guidelines
- Continuous optimization to improve the performance and reliability of our equipment
- Overseeing existing products during the production process and actively contributing to the stabilization and improvement of processes
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or electronics (university of applied sciences or equivalent)
- In-depth knowledge of electronics design (analog and digital circuits)
- Experience in firmware development and, ideally, in software development
- Practical experience in developing test applications, e.g., using C#, C, C++, or LabVIEW
- Basic understanding of cryptographic methods, ideally in the context of DLMS Security (preferred)
- Excellent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
