The Semax Service Desk offers you a user-friendly support portal that allows you to quickly and easily contact our system specialists. Based on your request, we will forward your inquiry directly to the most qualified specialist.

Our service desk advantages

The Service Desk is available to all Semax customers with a valid maintenance contract and supports all Semax products and systems. As a registered user, you will have access to the Service Desk. Please contact your sales or project representative and you will receive an invitation to the Service Desk by email. Once your request has been processed by our specialists in the Service Desk, you will automatically receive a notification. Our Service Desk helps you keep track of everything. Your requests are displayed in a simple and clear manner, and you can view and share reported issues and responses within your organization or projects.

        • Amera DC / Amera System
        • Connectivity solutions and communication modules
