Your responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of the software development strategy in close coordination with the Director of Innovation
- Establishment, management, and further development of an interdisciplinary software development team
- Responsibility for architecture, code quality, scalability, and security
- Prioritization and management of development projects in accordance with the product roadmap
- Active participation in software development (hands-on) and maintenance of existing solutions
- Introduction and optimization of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)
- Collaboration with product management, hardware development, ICT, and external partners
- Observation and integration of relevant technology trends (cloud, AI, DevOps, microservices)

- Strong communication skills, consulting expertise, and confident manner when dealing with customers
- Strong problem-solving skills and technological curiosity
- Very good German and good English skills
Your professional foundation:
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, software engineering, or comparable field
- Experience in a leadership role in software development
- In-depth knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, Jira)
- Expertise in CI/CD with Azure DevOps, cloud architectures, microservices, and container technologies
- Advantageous: Experience with IoT/energy technologies and security requirements
