Your responsibilities:
- Optimization and further development of manufacturing, testing, and inspection processes to ensure efficient production operations that meet quality standards
- Analysis of production metrics and process deviations, as well as implementation of sustainable improvement measures
- Introducing new products into series production (NPI) in close collaboration with R&D, Production, and Quality
- Planning, implementation, and validation of new manufacturing and testing concepts through to series production approval
- Technical support for production regarding process- and production-related issues
- Planning and implementing product and process changes (ECO/ECN) and ensuring a smooth transfer of knowledge between development and mass production
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality, efficiency, stability, and costs in production
What you bring to the table:
- A completed degree (from a university of applied sciences or a higher vocational school) in electrical engineering, systems engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable technical field
- Interest in production processes, industrialization, and continuous improvement
- Basic knowledge of electronics manufacturing as well as manufacturing and testing processes is a plus
- Analytical mindset and a passion for understanding technical concepts and developing solutions
- A structured, independent, and meticulous approach to work
- A hands-on approach and a strong willingness to learn
- Ability to work well in a team, strong communication skills, and a passion for collaborating with various departments
- Excellent written and spoken German skills
- Living in the Cham region or within a radius of approximately 30 km is advantageous given our commitment to sustainability.
