Your responsibilities:
- You manage business and development projects in accordance with internal processes in a development environment
- You will be responsible for planning, managing, and implementing corporate and development projects (hardware/software)—from concept to industrialization
- They create project plans as well as milestone, budget, and resource plans
- They coordinate internal teams and external partners
- They identify project risks and implement appropriate measures to minimize technical, schedule, and financial risks
- They lead interdisciplinary project teams
- They regularly coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and ensure a shared understanding of the project goals
- You prepare project reports for the steering board

- Several years of experience in project management
- Leadership skills, as well as the ability to motivate teams and guide them to success
- A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong technical and business acumen
- Analytical and Interdisciplinary Thinking Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a confident demeanor
- Strong communication skills and the ability to assert oneself
- Excellent command of German and good written and spoken English
