Test Systems Engineer, Manufacturing, 80–100% (M/F/D)

Your responsibilities:

• Design, development, and refinement of test, calibration, and automation systems for mass production
• Development and implementation of testing and calibration strategies for new and existing products
• Development and maintenance of technical interfaces between production equipment, test equipment, software solutions, and databases
• Analysis and Optimization of Existing Testing, Calibration, and Manufacturing Processes
• Evaluation and Implementation of New Technologies to Further Develop Our Production Environment
• Close collaboration with hardware and software development, production, and quality assurance teams during the industrialization of new products

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (from a university or university of applied sciences) in electrical engineering, systems engineering, automation engineering, mechatronics, or a related field
• Several years of experience in the development of measurement, inspection, testing, or automation systems
• In-depth knowledge of electronics, testing procedures, and production-related systems
• Experience in programming and scripting (e.g., Python, C#, LabVIEW)
• Knowledge in the areas of system integration, interface development, and data communication
• An analytical and structured approach to work, as well as a strong understanding of complex technical concepts
• Initiative, a commitment to quality, and a passion for collaborating with various departments
• Excellent written and spoken German skills
• Living in the Cham region or within a radius of approximately 30 km is advantageous given our commitment to sustainability
