We are celebrating 15 years of Semax AG

Severin Fischer founded Semax AG on January 26, 2011, and today he and his nearly 100 employees are celebrating the company's 15th anniversary.

The foundation stone for Semax AG was laid in 2015 with the partnership with Elster Honeywell as our distribution partner in Switzerland. This partnership had a decisive influence on our early years. Our first phase of growth was characterized by personal service, commitment, and on-site calibration of these products.

Just in time for the referendum on the Energy Strategy 2050, we launched our measuring systems in 2017, including the now highly successful and well-established Amera HES. Another milestone followed with the Ensor electricity meter, which was launched on the market in 2021 to mark the 10th anniversary of Semax AG and, with its precision and modularity, is perfectly suited to the Swiss electricity market.

Bold investments and forward-looking decisions, such as setting up our own electronics manufacturing facility, have made us robust and able to deliver even in challenging times, such as the component and coronavirus crises.

15 years of Semax AG – a teenager on the path to adulthood. With our sights set on the future and the reorganization in 2026, we are starting our anniversary year full of confidence.
